This six-week prenatal aquatics fitness class for expectant mothers is a fun, safe way to stay in shape while pregnant. This program is designed specifically to reduce the discomfort, swelling, muscle strain, and imbalances that are common symptoms of pregnancy. This class will incorporate muscle endurance training and encourage proper breathing to de-stress and strengthen moms-to-be for the big day.





Six-week class (12 classes total)Two classes per week occurring on Mondays and Wednesdays, from April 16 - May 23
Members $86 Non-Members $120 .
